This container modification was developed as part of a vibrant urban space in Calgary’s East Village. The goal of the project was to create a flexible, eye-catching unit that could support commercial or community use in a busy pedestrian area. The container was transformed into a clean, modern structure designed to fit into an evolving downtown environment.

Modifications included openings for service access, natural light, and improved usability for day-to-day operations. The design focuses on functionality while keeping a strong visual presence suitable for a public-facing installation. Built for durability and adaptability, this unit can be repurposed as needs change within the surrounding development.
